Big 12 Bylaw - 6.8 Disciplinary Standards for Prospective Student-Athletes.
Member Institutions must exercise diligence to identify and address, through institutional procedures, serious misconduct issues involving its prospective student-athletes, including transfers.  Prospective student-athletes, including transfers who have committed serious misconduct (as defined in Rule 6.10) shall not be eligible for athletically related financial aid, practice or competition.
