WHAT IS IT?

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a federal law that helps to ensure the accuracy, fairness and privacy of one's information when they serve as a factor in determining a person’s eligibility for employment and they include information “bearing character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living.”
