WHAT IS IT?

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law that prohibits Sex Discrimination.  Any institution receiving Federal Funding is required to provide a safe environment for it's students. 

Sex Discrimination can take many forms including sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence and stalking.
